Ok so, last year I asked this girl I like to prom, and we had a blast but we went as "friends" -_- and now I still like her but idk if she likes me, its complicated, she compliments me on things I do and asks me for advice [depends on what though]. Anyways I wanna know if she likes and I'd like to maybe go out with her but I dont wanna ask her and get disappointed. Any advice for me?

complement her back, but not right after she complements you. say nice things before she does is a better way to put it. ask her to go places with you, like a movie or the beach or a pool. talk to her a lot and try hanging out with her, just the two of you. gauge how she responds to you in those situations then go from there. however, at some point you may have to just ask her.
