Please I dont know!! i have recently have gotten these red things on my penis under the head. There are little dots to!! I have no idea what it is.. idk if it herpes? i have never had sex yett!! and im really scared! can it be anything besides herpes? please help!!

You may have masturbated to much. I have gotten red bumps before but their just masturbation sores from where I masturbated to much, but they went away. Ask your dad, I know it can be scary but your dad can really help out. If your really scared just go ge it checked out by a doctor.

You can`t get herpes without having sex with someone with herpes. You probably rubbed it raw. I would lay off masturbation for a little while.

You say that you haven't had sex. I assume you mean intercourse. Have you had any other sexual contact like oral? You can certainly contract herpes and other STIs that way. If not, I have no clue, but if it persists, you should have it checked.

Well if you've never had sex, it isn't herpes or any STD. So rule that out.

Do they itch. It sounds more like some sort of insect bite, chiggers, fleas or maybe bed bugs.
