Yes its completely normal. Wear an extra layer of undies if you're really worried, briefs under boxers maybe, but its unlikely to soak right though your underwear and trousers anyway. If she does see it she should take it as a compliment. Any girl knows kissing and hugging is going to make you horny.

Yeah it's normal, I got it a bit when I was dating my Ex and got real worried. And one day she texted me knowing about me getting an erection. But turned out she was fine with it. So yeah, no need to worry :).
