Touchscreen Question

i have a toughbook cf-29, and the touchscreen wont work. I have installed drivers and still nothing, im wondering if maybe compusa disconnected the hardware before sending it to me?

Also, my speakers and headphone jack randomly stopped working, and i followed the instructions panasonic gave me... and still nothing?

What should i do?

Yeah, its a great laptop imho. Just need to get the sound working again and i'll be pleased.
