My foreskin covers nearly the whole head on my penis except for one small area at the tip.
Don't really no what you mean by effect - I'll just say that without my foreskin jacking would be as good for me.
I'm happy with my foreskin and glad that It wasn't removed :)

When I'm flaccid my foreskin covers my whole head, when I'm erect my foreskin stops just before my head. I can retract it past if I want to though.

When im flaccid, the foreskin covers about 3/4 of the head of my penis. when erect, it'll go about halfway or go all the way back. well since ive always been uncut i really wouldnt know any other way. I like the feeling of it hahahaha. I wouldnt have it any other way :D

I'm not sure what ya mean by how big it is unless yer referring to length?

Mine covers me whole bell end and has a kind of little eleohant's trunk that's about 2 cm and is pretty tight.

Just sounds like you have tight foreskin, try stretching it a little bit each day -in the shower is best.
