Do you kiss the opposite sex ?

So boys, ( or girls, vice versa ) do you regularly kiss your girl friends from the cheek when you meet or say goodbye for example ?

I kiss my friends on the cheek usually when I won't see them for a long time and when they come back I kiss the only on the cheek. Exept I used to have a girlfriend and I used to kiss her, not all the time but when I felt like it :D

most is a hug, sometimes a cheek kiss but it's rare.

My guy friends and I are so cool around each other. Jack almost always has his arm around my shoulder or something, we're just comfortable like that. I hug him when I first see him, always, kiss on the cheek occasionally. Honestly, he's one of my best friends and I'm one of his. Our usual hello is: A hug, "Good morning" or afternoon, whatever, kiss on the cheek sometimes. Goodbye is the same, adding and "I love you." in there. Best part is, his girlfriend doesn't feel threatened at all, because Jack and I are both repulsed by the thought of us hooking up.

My other guy friends and I have kissed on the cheek, it's really not that weird.

I greet all of my girl friends with a kiss, too.

My friends and I don't kiss each other...we just do those crazy-tight hugs where the other person nearly gets knocked over. :P I kiss who I'm currently dating, that's it. Oh and I kiss family members on the cheek but I don't think that counts because it's family and everyone in this thread is talking about friends. :rolleyes:

I kiss everyone XD Girl friends, guy friends, family. Well, I'm quite friendly and close with all of my friends, I don't really have anything other than best friends. Still, I kiss my friends when I greet them, when I'm comforting them, when I say goodbye. And in return, I'm kissed all the time. It's pretty normal. Though there's a huge difference in how I kiss my guy friends and how I kiss my fiancé, of course :rolleyes:

I never have any physical contact with any of my of my friends, regardless of gender. Maybe the odd hand-shake, but nothing else.

To be honest, I don't know that many friend groups who have much physical contact. Maybe thats just what its like in the UK. I have noticed it differs between countries, for example when I went to South Africa, the boys always greet their female friends (and vice versa) with a kiss, which I was very surprised at. I guess people arn't scared about what people think in South Africa, whereas in the UK a kiss is probably going to mean a slap around the face! :D

I never kiss anyone besides the person I am in a relationship with. Exceptions are my mom, older relatives, etc.

Most of myfriends, we greetand say good bye with hugs. Some friends, we come from different family backgrounds, and we great with a European greeting kiss on cheek, if you understand what I mean. We do it sometimes. But when we hang out, a lot of us are very comfortable and cuddle with no sexual tension.
