Why or why not? Should parents share responsibility with their children? If so in what cases? If not in what cases?

No because the child has done the crime on their own. The parents shouldn't be responsible to watch their kid 24/7. On certain circumstances like if the kid were like totally naive and ignorant, then they knew no better, maybe that's when parents should be responsible for causing the crime.

if the parent teaches the kid to do the crime then yes

Depends on the situation.
If the kid is, say, five, and they shoot someone, i hold the parents 100% responcable.
If the 'child' is 16 and gets stoned, that's their fault.

It depends on the age. As Kyle said, if a 5 year old shot someone because his/her parents told him/her, the parents are responsible because the kid is easily intimidated. If a 14-year-old rapes a classmate, he's responsible for his actions.

I think that it depends on the age of the child. If they're younger, then I'd think that the parent should be held responsible because they should be able to control their child. But if they're in their teenage years, then they have a mind of their own and they can't always be controlled, so the parents shouldn't be blamed.

Of cousre, if the child has a mental disease ( like which will make him / her to believe and do everything ) the parents may be guily if thy told their children to do something bad

What prompted the rapid change of mind?
I might have read the post wrongly but are you saying that if a child is born with learning difficulties, then the parents are responsible and guilty for it.
It depends of the age of the child, the age of when you are held responsible in the UK is 10, which I think is about fair. If they are younger then the parents have a great deal of explaining to do, but if they child is older then they are mature enough to understand the consequences of their actions

yes, it depends on the age. if someone is only like 6 the parents should be responsible. If he/she is like 16, no the parents aren't

Yeah I made some sort of a "meaning mix" there.
So, If we merge both...
I think that individuals are guitly for their own crimes, but if the person has some sort of a mental disease ( or lol maybe even tortured or brainwashed [yeah im gone on extremes]) it would be someone else's fault.
And if the kid is mentally bad, only thing would be done is to put the kid into a mental hospittal

some children are sexually abused and thats what they associate with love and caring so they might sexually abuse another child and not see it as wrong so i would blame the parent. and i do mean a child sexully abusing another child because it has happened

People have answered it basically. It depends on the age and influence of the child.
