All commercial electronics run on different wavelengths to the navigation systems of aircraft. If they interfere with the navs, why do they let you use wi-fi on flights?

The only real reason they tell you that is because the policy is too widely known to be just refuted, and the FAA and NTSB will be attacked mercilessly in the media for it.

Boeing 737-800 with Blended Winglets, and it's parked at Dublin Airport, in front of the Terminal 1 extention completed a year and a half ago, to the planes right are the 200-gates and the 300-gates are on the left.

SO, Today, I got to do about 45minutes on a full-motion simulator near Dublin Airport. It was a propeller plane, which IRL holds near 70 people. It's very popular even in Ireland. This is the plane I was "flying" (the cockpit was modelled on this plane's cockpit - 100% exact)
