im wanting to bulk up a bit and build up me strenth and muscels, i was wondering if any one has any good workout that are a good way to do this

if this is your first time in the weight room i would suggest taking it very slow and easy.. you don't want to harm yourself..
If you are new... the first thing you want to work on is form... its the most important part of lifting... you could do 200 dips but if your form is poor you will most likely end up either hurting yourself or seeing no results
