Do you examine yourself?

My doctor say you should examine your testicle at least once a month for lump and cancer.

I never did it before he tell me last week.

Does anyone here self examine your testicle?

I think I did. Using my forefinger and thumb to put pressure on the testicle. To check whether they are soft or hard. Do they hurt when I touch them, or I if don't feel anything. I check other areas too. Touch them, put pressure on them to see if there is anything abnormal, if there is any lump and etc.

I did it after I saw some video on youtbube :P yes, my big secret! I watch stuff on youtube.

It's not a strictly regular thing for me but I do it whenever I think about that. In general I probably do it once a month, at least.

cancer can come on quickly
if caught quick enough it can save your life

yeah i do cus my dr said that kind of cancer happen more in younger guys so i think you should be safe

so at an early age i was taught to exam --
i do it about once a week --
best time is after a hot shower --
nut cancer runs in my family also -
i have leukemia which is another good reason ---
