infected?

i have this heart shaped cut on my chest.. and well it looks like it might be infected... it's yellowish and red and swollen looking. it hurts when you touch it... the cut is 2 days old... and i cleaned it, put hydro poroxcide on it.. and bactiracine... what more can i do to make it heal?

all i can say is keep it clean and keep a bandaid over it at all times if it doesnt get any better ur gunna have to go to the doc but usually it gets better if you just open it up again and clean it out good this time and KEEP IT CLEAN
