Problem with my Character

So, here are few cases
(by the way one case may contain material that is not suitable for VT rules, if it is that so please edit it )
So ;
As everyone know I have problems with girls.
But this last two things drive me crazy !
My best friend and I are in seperate schools and there is this boy, my friend who is called Tuğrul, is in my best friend's school too.
So, at the end of the first week of high school, my best friend Selim went to Tuğrul's class and when he looked through the window on the door, he saw Tuğrul having oral with that girl...
So, WTF ?! I mean what kind of a boy is he ?! I would go sit in hell than ask a question to a girl I only know for a week " Hey let's have oral "

This boy keeps cahnging girlfriends every month or so , and he performs some cam shows on a chatting side *no name* and he thinks his body is perfect, and everybody thinks so..
But seriously, one week and they are having oral ! WTF ? How did he had the courage, how did the girl allow for an aquantice to have oral with herself ?!

So, second case follows this one,
One of my best friends, Emre, goes to a French High School now and there are 100 girls and 40 boys there, lucky him !
Thing is, he has no problem communicating with girls, he is very outgoing. And he keeps telling me that " Use your colorful eyes and your height as an advantage ! You are handsome ! And my mom keeps saying that you are the most handsome boy in the school ! "
Well, I don't believe that I am handsome but..
This friend Emre keeps telling me " You gotta behave impudently to girls " by this he meant like heep hugging the girls, keep staring at em, don't stop the compliments, keep talking to them and like ONLY to them..
Well I coldn't explain it, but I can say it is quite a rude act for a kind boy like me. And I can never do that because It doesn't fit my characteristics, and I keep telling this to my friends and they say " You gotta do these if you want to have a gf "
I am done, I am stuck...

Emre is about right on the behaviour point, girls are always more attracted to guys if they show disinterest, i have a similar problem to you, i struggle to intentionally act that way to people

The thing is, unfortunately, that's just the type of behaviour girls tend to go for for whatever reason, teenage girls especially it seems. But y'know the thing? You're going to have a hard time picking up anyone you can have a truly meaningful relationship with (not saying it doesn't happen), you're not going to just magically get some lifelong girlfriend who loves you.

It's easy to lust over someone, and if you're an outgoing person it's easy to snag them for a while. But those kind of actions won't land you somewhere you want to be in the long run.

Patience is a virtue, for good reason. If the right person comes along it probably won't be in such a situation, because trust me, you seem like a decent, smart guy and you aren't going to click with a girl who goes after that instant action anyway.
