How easy is it to talk to your parents

Hi, I would really like to know if its easy to talk to your parents about sexual things and other private stuff because I find it really difficult to talk to my parents.

My parents are incredibly hard to talk to. They tried to shelter me as long as possible and now are even wary about me having 5 minutes alone with my girlfriend.

To me it's really hard... but sometimes my dad takes me, and he starts talking about sex ed, and all that... all I have to do is listen to him, and say "yeah..." "ok.." "I'll do it..." but thats all that can really come out of my mouth... and it's not like I didn't know all that stuff...

I find it VERY hard to talk to my parents about sex for ALOT of reasons. But it's mostly the fact that Im gay and they are VERY hardcore old school if you can understand that. They're the kind of people that would actually disown me if they found out that i like guys.
