View Full Version : Going insane from infatuation?

There is this girl (she truly is beautiful...even my best friends agree) that I am completely infatuated with...beyond infatuated with perhaps. Ever since school started, all I could possibly think about is her. I get especially hard whenever I SEE her, and more than a few times I've leaked a few drops of sperm when I see her as well. The thing is; there's no way I can get over it. I can't even concentrate on my schoolwork. She has no idea I think of her like this, and I need to keep it that way...I'm the ugliest kid at school and it would be more of an insult rather than a compliment if I ever said anything sweet to her. I've even cried in the shower over it...and trust me, I almost never cry. What the fuck is wrong with me? I am seriously getting sick of this...it's starting to affect my grades and I'm getting in and out of mini-depressions too.

Talk to her.

Talk to her.

It's out of the question. She wouldn't want to associate herself with horrible-looking nerds such as myself, I know it. What's really nice though is that a good friend of mines got her to hug me in class. And, when I wasn't thinking straight, I asked for a hug and got one. :p

I know she was just doing it to be nice...I've got to wonder if my best friend (the only person who really knows I have such a massive crush on her) told her off.

It's out of the question.

Then suck it up buttercup. If you're unwilling to do so much as talk to her, what advice can any of us possibly give you? Making an effort to spark conversation is, literally, the very least you can do.

I suppose so, but I'm so afraid of being akward or random. I have the tendency to be completely random... "Whoa, where the hell did you come from?" sort of thing. Plus I don't know her too well, she is a friend of my best friend though.

Fear of rejection will always be worse than rejection itself.

As my signature says, you'll never know. Maybe she likes you. Maybe she's interested. You don't know for sure. Just try talking, and try being friends. Don't let your fears run your life.

Exactly^^

Look, with something like this, the only way to fail is if you don't try.

You can never be sure what goes on in someones mind. Hell, she could even be having the same thoughts towards you.

All you can do is try, If she isn't interested then at least you made an effort. And if she is, you'll be one happy guy.

It'd hurt more to find out she DID like you later on, when you didn't talk to her.

Well, not quite, you can still fail by being rejected by the person. However,

It'd hurt more to find out she DID like you later on, when you didn't talk to her.
This I will agree with.
