I really don't like using any of them. They like explode my email with useless notifications, but if I would have to choose one, I would have to say facebook. For me, it's the easiest one to use and there is plenty more things to do, plus I believe that Myspace is used for music channels now.

Definatly Facebook. Although I don't like it at times, its quite addictive and a good way to socialse (although not as good as face-to-face of course)
I remember a few years ago, everyone was on MySpace, then Facebook came along and everyone abandoned MySpace and came onto Facebook...poor Tom lol.
I don't think theres much to do on Twitter, and I don't find any use in it. Hardly anyone I know uses it anyway.

And Goose, on facebook you can always go into Account -> Account Settings -> Notifications, and untick all the boxes which give you notifications. I can't stand all the notifications either, so I just unticked everything. You might have known this already, but thought I'd say just in case you didn't know you could do this.

I used myspace for about a month then hated it. Twitter I sometimes use since I've got an app on my phone for it.

Definitely facebook. I had a myspace, and deleted it because it's so confusing and filled with so much crap. I have a twitter, but it gets kind of annoying so I don't go on it much. Facebook has less spam and you can connect/socialize with people much easier by joining groups and things like that.

I like Facebook. It's easier to navigate. Myspace was way too slow. Twitter, I have one, but I don't use it. It seems pretty useless. It's just like updating your status every 2 minutes.

I've had all three, but deleted my Myspace back years ago. I think I still have a Twitter account, but I got pretty bored with it, so I just stopped using it. I'm a Facebook junkie; if I'm not on it at home, I'm on it every chance I get on my iPhone.
