ok so i'm pretty fit ya. i used to do cross country but i quit. although i kept up my fitness. in march around i had to stop training altogether because of a bad injury which led to ankle surgery. problem is my coach wants me back to full fitness in 2 weeks but i haven't been really running since last march. the operation was a month and a half ago i should have been on crutches until now but was let off them 2ish 3ish weeks ago. i need to build up the strength and agility in my ankle as well as my fitness and overall strength. how can i do that in 2 weeks? i need to be back to 100percent asap for provincial scouts. to play for munster is my goal i would have last year only for my injury. it's full contact rugby 15 players a side. i can only manage to jog 2 miles at the moment. a disgrace i know.
