every1 has a forskin and its skin that covers the head of your penis. some people get it circumsized (cut) and some people don't.

i think its cut because of hygine in some cases but other than that i dont know much more. lol

yeah, foreskin is skin that you are born with around your penis, sometimes people are circumsized at birth, othertimes they are circumsized later on, which is bad, cuz then its very uncomfortable for a few years

if you dont have it then you are circumsized
and i think him is right, its cut off for hygene reasons, such as what him himself posted about with the white stuff that gathered in the foreskin
