Here's a little something to consider, when thinking about this:
I once heard that at the time of inception...and the subsequent weeks -to- months that follow...EVERYONE is FIRST - in female form...and after that, we either change to a male or female.
That's why men have breasts.
Just something I heard; Google it if it really peaks your interest.
Like I said, just a little different twist on YET another concern about ourselves.

@Trackstar9.875: I've seen the same thing but I think it's nipples. Something to do with the reason we have nipples is because when we're being produced we don't get our penis/vagina until after our nipples? I could be wrong please do correct me if I am.

You're on the right path, but a little off. All babies are supposedly "default" female. It's been a while, but I heard instead that all babies are not necessarily female by default, but they are just born without a sex until a certain stage in the womb. I can't be bothered to look it up, but it's something along those lines.
To the O.P: I've never heard that statement before. It's funny and at the same time really stupid. Lol!

To me this statement basically is just saying to be comfortable and secure with you're own sexuality.
Basically, don't be one of those people who says "I can't do that, that's gay" when a male friend hugs you or something simple like that.
