I think i might be bi but theres this girl that is always on my mind. i love her and have asked her out 2 times but both times i found out she was dating someone else. i'm probably the worst person to ask for relationship statuses so i dont know if she is dating anyone. should i ask her out and if i should how should i go about doing it

Have you tried just asking around about if she's together with someone? You can always try that. Or, you can just straight out ask her, if she's in a relationship. Then just take a deep breath and ask if she'll go out with you. :)

You may also want to see if she's on Facebook or some other social networking site, that might show that she's taken.
