Hey everyone, im just wondering what it is but yeah anyway...
In the morning if been feeling sick, ive been told to just have breakfast and it should be ok but most of the time i feel to sick to even eat breakfast. I did search on google on what it could be and most of the time it's relating to nausea, it did say low sugar levels and i thought that would most likely be the cause as i haven't had anything to eat, so i bought some carbohydrate tablets and sugar pills to have in the morning and actually it made me feel fine afterwards . I also feel the same after P.E at school when i haven't had much to eat i looked for that and that related too Exercise-Induced Nausea im just wondering has anyone elts felt the same around my age and does anyone know what i can do to stop feeling like this :)
