I haven't felt really bad, just down ALL the time for a very long time(3years) just a bad feeling it could just be my personality but I'm starting to think that it might be something more. I don't know it's Just I feel really down all the time. I think I might have some sort of mild depression maybe or something I'm happy sometimes while I'm out with friends but once I start talking to them I'm just down again it's like a flash of happiness.
I'm going to see the doctor and I'm curious as to what should I expect ect
I'm going to have to tell this person how I feel and I'm wordering if anybody has anything I should know how should I start the conversation and well everything
I'm going to a GP

They will ask a lot of questions, and some of them might seem weird or out of place, but during the first session or two they are trying to figure out your problem.

Whatever you do - don't let them discard it.
I've been there and done that...had the eating disorders etc and I'm a lot better/stronger inside.
It took a few visits and a phone call from Mum to get things moving though.

What kind of doctor did you guys go to? Did you go to just like a normal doctor or a specialist... I'm really hoping that mine is really quick, and I really hope that they don't ask questions I don't want to have to answer I'm worried about what is going to happen

This better be worth it; I already sort of know what kind of questions they will be asking but yeah....
what will they be asking me?

They won't really ask you anything.
It's not an interview or interrogation.
Use it as an opportunity to explain HOW you feel. :)

Exactly. Don't be worried if they ask you a question you don't want to answer, you are not required to answer them, just tell them "I'm not comfortable in answering that" and they'll leave you alone.

Ok, So it went ok.
he asked me questions like if I'm taking drugs, how long I've felt this way and a few things like that.
He suggested a few things like going and doing vigorous exercise; talking to my mum and stuff like that.
he also wants me to think about if I should go about getting treatment if I should talk to somebody or take a tablet. He talked about the pro's and cons of each a and a few other things
He also asked about my goals for next year and stuff like that....
That was about it not really as bad as I thought it might have been although I didn't really tell him that much because I don't really feel ready

Well, I'm glad you decided to see a doctor, that's a really good step. I strongly recommend that you listen to what the doctor says and follow his advice, he knows what he's talking about.
Just be honest with him, and he'll be able to help you.
Good luck, I hope it all going well

the fact that you wanted to go see a doctor, and then went, is wonderful. :)It shows you really want to get teh help you need and move forward. Be honest, and you can get throug this. Tell him things in your own time. There is not a time limit where you have to reveal all your secrets at once, but if it is something important that could or is endangering you in anyway.. i owuld tell him ASAP. if that makes any sense.. i hope everything is goign well, good luck :)
