I've recently been diagnosed with Orthostatic hyptoension (low blood pressure when standing still) and Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (Fast and irregualr heart rate when i stand up suddenly). I'm on medication to raise my blood pressure but only twice a day so there are periods of time when i have no medication working. Anyone any advice how to raise my blood pressure a bit during the other times? i've tried eatong more salt and drinking water but anyone any other tips? Also anyone else have what i have? Thanks :)

I didn't know it could be medicated o.O

be careful about standing up, i'm sure you've been told this but it should be emphasized. Ive banged my head more than once by standing up too fast.

eating enough helps a bit.. actually I should eat something now :P
