I've recently been diagnosed with Orthostatic hyptoension (low blood pressure when standing still) and Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (Fast and irregualr heart rate when i stand up suddenly). I'm on medication to raise my blood pressure but only twice a day so there are periods of time when i have no medication working. Anyone any advice how to raise my blood pressure a bit during the other times? i've tried eatong more salt and drinking water but anyone any other tips? Also anyone else have what i have? Thanks :)
