I've got a few things that are either chronic or "i'm really good at injuring myself"

At the moment:
My back is being a bitch to me again
I pulled my shoulder again a bit (it's been injured nearly 2 years and never fully healed)
Shin splints
Twisted (not sprained) ankle
and last week I was thrown to the ground a few times and I think i hurt my ribs a bit.

And as much as I CAN tolerate it, I'd like to be able to manage it a bit better than "ignore it".

Problem, I can't take NSAIDs. Advil is an absolute no, Tylenol only in half doses(which does nothing, I might add), and since I'm under 18 I can't/shouldn't take aspirn.

I don't know what to do about this. Is there really anything?
("Go to a doctor" is not a reasonable suggestion. My parents will not admit that their child has any problems whatsoever and will refuse any 'real' medical treatment. I still need a 2nd xray and they refuse to take me. I still need a phycial for school and my permit and i have yet to go even though it's months overdue)

Just take paracetamol and hope the pain eases a bit.

Tylenol (acetaminophen) and paracetamol are the same thing.

It's really no help, and it's probably because I can't take the full dose except on the odd occasion where the upset stomach(seriously sounds less bad than it is) is worth it (only when I get migraines)

Oh all right, well just think mind over matter and dont think about it and the pain wont be as bad.

Which is "ignore it"
Which is what I have been doing. =\

This is probably stupid to post, was stupidly hoping that someone would know something less known. *shrug*

Thought I posted on this. Alternate hot wraps and cold wraps. It'll help.
