Hey guys.. I don't come on here alot anymore but right now it's the only place I felt like I could turn to with this.. Well.. first things I slept with my ex on monday and stopped taking the pill on tuesday. My period has not come yet. I went to family planning and they said it's unlikely and Im on on yet because I was messing about with my pill. But I kinda lie to them a little bit for reasons.. well I dont know.. I actually only took the pill on the day I slept with him and then forgot to take it after.. which means I wasn't protected >.< and Now Im worrying about stuffs. I've been feeling ill, constipated, headachey and very emotional and stressy all week.. Like just this morning I cried when my mum said "Good morning" I have had a stressy week in all honesty and thats all it could be, but I just want to be sure.. what does it sound like to you guys and also is it too early to take a test? Thanksss.. also move if in the wrong place =/ xxx

Well, from what i understand about the pill it really does fuck with your hormones and stuff, so it could possibly be due to that, that you're hormonal. As for being pregnant it'll be about a week or two before you're able to accurately take a test, so don't worry, i don't honestly think most symptoms show up within a week of having unprotected sex, but get a test for be certain.

You very well could be pregnant but I think you cant take a test until 3 weeks after the sex, so take a test as fast as you can to find out if your pregnant.

well either way it's best to take a test, i don't think that there could be any harm taking one at this stage. it's probably just that you're messing around with the pill that you period hasn't come on, but i can't say for sure. Hormones are probably raging right about now too, so it may just be that. It's also an idea that you go to your GP or someone like that who can provide help if you needed it, but also give you helpful hints if you are indeed pregnant. But seeing as you stopped taking the pill the day after sleeping with him, there's also the chance you aren't, only way to know for sure is to take a test though wait a week to make sure you're not just late for a period and not actually pregnant, good luck Leigh :)

Ok thanks =) Thats what I shall have to do it's just today my mum went on and on about how she doesn't want to be a grandma before she is 40 and My sister about how she doesnt want to be a young auntie.. just because they were talking about one of my friends that is pregnant. So I panicing.. the guy knows about it, and he said he would stick by me and stuffs but Ive had to end it with another guy I was seeing >.< because I didnt want to ruin his life as well just cause he would try to be supportive.. and he wanted to if I am pregnant not allow the father to be a part of it =/

Siobhan - Thanks, Ive been wanting to take one all day just cause the not knowing is killing me! But they are rather expensive so I'd rather not waste one just for it to come up negative and then a few weeks later find out I am. and Ive been to family planning and they said that if I am then I can go back and they will advise me on abortions and other options.. tho Im pretty sure Im keeping it cause I could not go through will killing a child.. I just dont know how.. I know id get kicked out or something and my dad will go mental.. but I hoping my gran will be supportive as she got pregnant when she was 16 and argued with her parents too.. Hmm.. thats all beeing going through my head all day I just want to know <3

Leighh bee, as you know I said on the phone you are a fooool ;) but i love you. Just stay positive dont let it get to you too much! Hard I know, I have been here too before, but yeh. Wait a couple of weeks and take the test and we will go from there :)

Of you were to be pregnant, morning sickness and the classic signs wouldn't be for a few weeks, I think what kaius said is possibly the case or you're just so worked up and worried about the possibility of an unintended pregnancy

Meant to say earlier, that while you do get hormonal during pregnancy, I do not think it is a thing that starts from day one... as in, as far as I know (and could be wrong), it takes a few weeks/month to get hormonal in that sense...
I think it is just stress related/due to the pill that you are hormonal...
That or you miss me that much that is taking a toll on you ;)

Hehe ^^ I think you guys are right I'm getting way to stressed about this.. but I've been on a few sites and they said that you can be hormonal and sicky from the first day of conception.. because it all depends on each person.. and It's not just me putting things into my head because I already felt like that berfore I found out it was possible o.O Meh.. My only choice is to wait it out really and hope.. I'm trying not to think about it cause I know that if I do and Im not then I will be very disappointed cause I put things into my head so easily make plans and shizzz.. well I'll let you guys know whats happened in a week or so when I take a test. <3 <3 Thanks
