Gifts for girlfriends

My girlfriend's birthday is coming up and i wanted to buy her a really great present that she will remember. I've organized what we'd get her with her friends so I'm not giving flowers or chocolate. What should I be getting her then?

Give her something personalised. Maybe create a photo album with your favourite photos of the both of you and some mates. Another good idea is getting her a necklace or something and find charms of things like memories. Like if you say went to see the Arctic monkeys in concert, get a monkey charm. then when you've finished write her a long letter to go with it explaining each of the charms.

I would say perfume and/or something personalised i.e a bracelet or a necklace that says her name.

As said above something personalized would be cute (: but also if you're good with your hands (like drawing, making stuff with duct tape ect.) Make something for her.

well it matters by each girl.

(either you believe it or not) some girls like practical stuff, and some girls like things that are just for fun.

It matters by each girl so go with what you think think she likes.(as you said its a group gift so deciding on what to give should be easier)

It really depends on what she likes. Jewelry is a great idea, because it's getting her something that she can always have to wear that reminds her of you. Making her something is a cute thing to do too. My boyfriend makes me adorable notes and letters randomly and I love getting them. A mix cd is also a good idea.

Ok, we (me and 4 of her closest friends) are getting her a bracelet with 5 charms one from each of us, and since i'm her boyfriend, looks like i'm buying the matching necklace (that goes with the pendant she is receiving from her bro!) as well as making the photo album.
