.gif avatar not moving

So my avatar is gif file, one that moves. However, it won't move at all. It just refuses to move and I have no idea why. Anyone know what's causing this?

Looks like the forum fucked up the animation of it.
See if you can resize the original image before you upload it. (Using a program such as GIMP or Photoshop)

Did a resize to fit the limits using Gimp. Still not working. Also tried uploading to photobucket and using the link but that also failed.

Odd.
The only other thing I can thing of would to send the orignal to an admin, and have them manually add it for you.

Yes, I did. I could email Ant or Steph and I'm sure they can put it up for me.
