Hey so im 18 and I never got "the talk" from my parents and learnt everything from either sex ed or the net, but i have a 14 year old brother and he just got a computer in his room and has been "joking" about looking up porn and masturbating. I just am wondering should i talk to him about that sort of stuff and get him to check out this site or let him figure out for himself?

If you feel like you should be 'the big brother' and give him the talk, go right ahead.
It depends on your relationship really.
If you guys can have that sort of conversation, then I really see no problem.

I agree, Depends on your relationship with him. If you dont then you could always tell your parents that they should prob give him a talk, if just hint at it to them if you don feel confident with that.

if you mean a talk about birds and bees i think most 14 year olds have clue 1. if its about safety online and stuff like that definately do that cos i have had bad experiences and i know other ppl who have.

Personally. If I had an older brother I would rather have him tell me about sex rather than having my parents tell me. I would find it awkward coming from my parents.

This. He'd probably feel a lot less awkward hearing it come from you than your parents. And tell him that he shouldn't become obsessed with porn as some guys do, and to be safe online overall.

well i found history of porn websites so i was like look im going to be the cool older brother and not tell mum but you know just be careful when looking at porn and "stuff" and then i typed in the website and was like heres questions you can ask and hes like "omg you f***ing retard, wtf, etc" and walked out. Cant say i didnt try
