Hey VTers, this is a post I made on my blog and I wanted to share it here. :)

Every highschooler wants to leave a legacy at their high school. Coolest prom, funnest Spirit Week, most freshmen swirlied in one day--we've all had our aspirations. Unfortunately, most of our awesome ideas (class of 2012 unleash water-balloon hell on the last day of school, anyone?) will get us expelled; or worse, the principal won't let us walk at graduation!
So if your grand schemes involve rotten eggs, live animals, or jet-packs then I would advise you save them for a college frat party. In the mean time I encourage you to start your own club! It's a fun, safe way to leave your mark on your Alma Mater without the use of spray paint or knives. What benefits come with founding your own association?
