I can't seem to lose weight from the area i need to most, belly button down to knees. Nothing is working, I'm exercising and not eating much either, and when i do i purge. But the weight won't fall! It's like I'm losing weight from everywhere but this area that I want to. Any advice, like specific exercise or something? Or does anyone know WHY this is? It's really pissing me off

Well you absolutely need to eat healthy. Greens, greens, and more greens. You need energy to burn fat.

tell me specifically what exercises you are doing now, and i'll do my best to advise you as to what exercises you should be doing for those areas.

I am going running, with reps of walking and then longer ones of sprinting, and then just long ones of running at a constant pace. We also have an exercise bike which i use as well. I just need to shift it from my thighs/hips
