I was trying to embed a video from youtube and realized that I forgot how to do it, so if someone could explain how that would be very nice of you. thanks.

Copy the entire series of numbers and letters after the watch?v=. In this link, it would be dQw4w9WgXcQ.

Paste that into the tags and you're done:

dQw4w9WgXcQ

Take the bold piece of the link, the bit after the =.
Then paste it into these tags.

[youtube] [/youtube(])

Ben's use of "bold" may be confusing. Take the bit after the equals sign and paste that between the tags like [youtube]dQw4w9WgXcQ for Justin's example.
