For two years now i have been smoking lots of weed. me and my friends used to chip off school and get an 8th or two and smoke it in fat joints, (best times of my life) then we got onto different stuff like salvia and magic mushrooms.
In the past year i've moved onto smoking bongmix every single day, at least an 8th a day , and doing the occasional gram or two of ketamin (once or twice a weed).
Im still going to college, and all that shiz... but i was wondering, everyone tells me that i should have drugs problems, the only problems that i have gotten from broadening my mind is that i've found i don't care about trivial things anymore, for instance i will happily ditch a group of friends to go smoke bongs. i was wondering. is there something wrong with me if i just don't care about things. i mean, the only things that i care about is getting high (or whatever) and my girl.

To be honest, you sound a lot like me. But, you need to learn how to have control. It's never really interfered with my friends and my social life though because all my friends are the same way. Honestly though, it's pretty easy to stop. If I were you I would draw a line at shrooms though. Ketamine is nasty stuff (I've only done it like twice). No one can tell you what to do, but you should at least cut down a little for school. Of course you'll want to go smoke, but you'll be surprised at how easy it is to just do something else instead.
I used to only care about getting high (and maybe I still do), but I'm trying to get out of that trait so that for one, I'll stop wasting a ton of money, and two, I can stop having to worry about the drama that it causes.
As for education, I definitely am not going to say that it will ruin your school career. If anything, it helps me focus and not be bored during class. Before I started smoking regularly, my grades we low c's to low b's. Now they are A's and B's. Hey, after all, it DOES teach us the metric system :)
To answer your question though, if you feel like it's getting in the way with your friends and your regular life, you really should cut down.
For example. I used to smoke the same as you did if not more during the summer. Then I felt like it would get in the way of school, so I cut down to 1-2g per day (YES that does make a difference).
Can you get more specific with your question though? I don't really understand what you're asking.

All of this.
I do kind of agree that smoking weed can do you no harm whatsoever if you can also manage a social life / education. Although, if you're saying that you're getting to the point where you don't care about friends and just want to smoke weed, I would worry. As the above poster said, you should be fine smoking it as long as you realise if / when it's changing you. Don't give up friendship for a drug, don't let it control you and don't get any more addicted.
