My brother has been masturbating and has been sexually active for a few years now. However, whenever he pees he has to really shake his penis at the end because his muscles or something down there aren't as good as they used to be for some reason. He also dribbles occasionaly after going to the washroom.
Does this happen to anyone else?

I do not understand. Is the issue that he has to really shake his penis or is it the dribbling cuz they seem like separate "problems". Does he dribble more now than before he was sexually active. Maybe he shakes his penis cuz it feels good. I have to say that you know alot about your brother.

how does being sexually active have any impact on that?
tell him to fully empty his bladder before he shuts off and then he won't dribble.
Also, every guy usually has to shake some.

I dont think there is any issue. Having Sex doesnt have an effect on what happens when you pee. Unless you contracted an STD from having sex. Alot of guys shake their penis after they pee to get the excess out. Dribbling is also normal it just depends on how much urine is in the bladder at the time. Sometimes alot can come out and sometimes only a little. If he dribbles everytime he pees and doesnt have a strong stream then there could be something wrong. By the looks of it there doesnt seem to be anything wrong with your brother but if he is really worried that something is wrong with how he pees due to his past sexual activity than he should see a doctor.

He might mention this to his Dr. It could be something more serious.

Well if it is something that happens often then he should talk to a doctor about it.

I doubt your brother would ask his sister to post this, and if he did then that is a weird relationship.
Could be acceptable for another brother, but a brother talking with his sister about masturbation and having to shake his penis?
