So when I get aroused I can bend my penis upwards and it'll make a popping noise like if I cracked my knuckles, has anyone ever heard of anything like this? It doesn't hurt, but it does help me get it down if I'm in a hurry.

WTF?!?! are you guys being serious?! it's supposed to be if you hear a popping noise from your penis when your erect that you've just effectively snapped it and you need immediate surgery and it's supposed to be one of the strongest pains you've ever felt!!!

You don't want to be attempting to bend an erect penis. You can easily injur tendons and or muscles. General rule: noise from penis =bad.

If it comes from down your shaft, under the pubic skin then it's your cartillage popping and it's the same thing that happens when you crack your fingers. If it however comes from your shaft itself it's something you should stop doing immediately since bending the spongeous tissues your penis is made of can lead to unthinkable consequences.
