that's not true! i never met a girl who wants a boyfriend who's a jerk... only because you may have met girls like that, doesnt mean all the girls want emos or jerks. personally, i dont :)

well where i live all the girls want to date assholes even if the guy only wants sex with them and the want emos becuse they stand out more at that point

You know, not all girls actually like "Emo" so I dont think you can throw that statement around because you're simply saying that that's all girls want. Tbh, I know more girls that would go for the popular guy then the Emo guy, now whether that determines if they don't like them or not, again, you can't just throw that around.

Because all the "Sweet Hearts" and "Gentlemen" are usally never in the popular crowd and they never do anything to stand out either. Now the "Jerks" on the other hand are always loud and trying to get attention, How? By being a jerk. now... just because they seem to be a jerk at school or infront of a crowd of friends does NOT mean they are a acutally a jerk to their girlfriend or boyfriend. They are also controlling and try to act tough all the time why? Cause SOME girls like to see that a guy can take can take control and be tough. It more of an attention type of deal. But you must be talking about all the "Hot "Popular" Chicks at your school becuase those are the only ones that do that type of shit(Going for jerks). Because chicks that arent Popular, that dont automaticly judge you on your social ranking and acutally take the time to get to know you.

This is BASED from where I live and where I go to school and to be honest.. Its like this alot of other places.

O and just to add to that, Life will and always has been based around a social rank not all girls judge like that but alot of girls like to. You will always have a social rank in the world, Life isnt fair.. Get used to it.

Not every girl wants that type of guy. I would never date a jerk. I look for someone I know I will have a good relationship with, that's why my boyfriend is a total gentlemen, but is protective and stuff when he has to be.
I do know girls like that though, and it usually all goes back to insecurity issues. They want to seem "cool", so they date for the wrong reasons, with a guy who is willing to do everything and then some. (To say they did this and did that, etc.) And I'm not a guy and don't know for sure, but most "nice guys" probably wouldn't be willing to do that because they'd think of it as disrespectful or wrong.
