So, I get up at 6 o clock in the morning for my school ( it's 1 hour drive from here) and after 2pm or something I get very tired and usually sleep if I am lying down somewhere.
Two days ago, me and my dad were watching a movie after I came back from school and I fell asleep when I lied down to watch the movie.
15 mins later, my dad woke up and I had this strong nausea feeling.
It also happened to me when I didn't sleep for more than 24 hours, I fell asleep whereever I sat, and then 10 mins later I woke up again and I also had this nausea.
So, you people also have nausea when you cannot get your needed sleep ?

It's not neccessarily "Nausea" feeling to me but more of a 100% Exhausted feeling.
My cat cries in the middle of the night, everynight, so this is just second nature to me.

When was the last time you ate before you felt nauseous? Personally, every morning, I wake up with a strong nauseous feeling that subsides when I get some food into my system.

I always feel nauseous if I fall asleep outside the regular nighttime hours. I'm not sure why. That's also why I never take naps, although I know of many who do and do not experience this. Perhaps everyone's different.

Nope can't say I've had any sort of nausea related to sleep, but I do often have this hungry/horny feeling around my stomach before going to sleep.

Yes I do & I hate it. I also get extremely dizzy and feel like I'm going to pass out if I don't get at least 8 hours of sleep. My body is very picky in the sense that if I don't get enough sleep, I get sick and feel terrible. Which is why I go out of my way to make sure I get around 10 hours a night.
