I cant seem to get enough sleep. this weekend i slept until lunch on saturday pretty much and even then my dad had to litterally drag me out of bed which was funny how he did it, but it made me think.

So school nights some times i am crap about going to bed and i am supposed to go about 10:30. last night i really messed up because i kind of got obsessed with the forums here and stayed up until 2am and then had to take a day off school today cos i felt crap.

other nights i get 8 or 9 hours but i always feel like a want more.

i do a lot of sports so some of it is prolly that makeing me tired.

so any advice about getting more or better sleep, or if this is normal or not?

Well 8 or 9 hours is pretty normal for a teenager. But I know how you feel, you wake up early in the morning and youre still tired, but between 7-9 is enough for an average teen.
