Just because she has given you a bj that does not mean she is ready for sexual intercourse. She would almost certainly still count herself as a virgin (rightly in my opinion) if it does not go beyond oral and she may be planning to keep her v-card for some time.

A lot of girls are willing to do oral with a guy even though they'd never go any further.

yeah i've had a girl offer me oral just for fun even though they know i'm gay (i refused). i think some girls are just as horny as boys so just make sure if anything does happen you are safe, but dont assume she wants to go all the way just because her hormones got to her that one time.

Oral sex is completely different from Sexual Intercourse, in the virginity sense anyway. Just because she's willing to touch you and suck you - it doesn't mean she's ready to lose her virginity, assuming she still is. Just give it time and if things work out let her make the first move towards actual sex, girls always ge the deciding vote in that matter.

Something as important as having sex should be discussed only with her, really. Share your concerns with her, and talk about it in an open, sincere way. Sex isn't something that should be rushed into, so make sure you're both comfortable and 100% ready for it. Oh, and use protection of course :D
