People who want equality don't want to be treated like "the rich white man". This isn't the 19th century. They simply want the same rights and opportunities as other groups. They want to be able to climb up the social ladder just as easily. You shouldn't be able to "disrespect" other groups. In an equalized society, every group gets treated respectfully, and nobody gets to be an asshole to someone else just because they want to have the same rights as them.
now evan though that first pargraph is harsh this one is more direct.

No, for the most part many groups are NOT treated equal. It's not as simple as you put it. "Oh, women can vote, they're equal now." "Oh, blacks aren't slaves, they're equal too!" No, women and blacks still aren't completely equal to white men, there are still problems to be sorted out.
"well iunno about you but beggers cant be choosers. do you want to vote ore not be bet up" is an atrocious statement. Part of equality is protecting everyone from being discriminated against. Women should have the right to vote and not get beat up. Same for men. Everyone is equal in the eyes of the law, it's the 14th amendment.
my point is whomens want for there well being is what is holding us back as a society. treated eaqual i should be able to do all the things i do with the man next to me to a whoman. then we are eaqual and we can move on.
No, it's not holding us back as a society, because not everyone's equal yet. The people who refuse to give others the same rights they have — such as anti-gay Republicans — are the ones in the way of progress.
once again im not speaking for all whomen but majority rules. i dont condone violece in any way but. i got into a fight with a girl the othere day. i puched her and now im shunned and called the whomen beater. witch got me thinking why are we still here. we should say fighting is wrong and move on. but were still stuck in this rut witch says whomen are to never be touched.

It's not like when you get into a fight you're not going to be shunned. You deserve to be shunned, especially if you were the one who started the fight. If she came onto you, then she should be shunned. Fighting is wrong, but it's not like we're gonna let people get away with hurting others.
It's true that women shouldn't be held as more vulnerable than men, and eventually we'll get to that point. That doesn't mean we can start going around hitting women, though.

Now you're probably wondering what the title is about. Well, read my post and try to think of it through my logic. P.S. this might be long so I'm sorry about my atrocious grammar.
So the famous line "I want to be treated equally" Which has been uttered by every activist group known. Gays, women, blacks, and handicaps, you name it.
Well by this statement I'm assuming you want to be treated like the rich white man. Well if you look through the blindfold that society has placed making it look like white men have it great. We're treated like assholes. Just the average man will treat you like an asshole and you treat us like assholes. So by the logic that you want to be treated like the white man then I should be able to fight, laugh, and overall disrespect you. Because humans as a whole are not nice to each other. We fight for what we want.
Now even though that first pargraph is harsh this one is more direct.
For the most part, everyone is treated equally. But then there are women. Now I don't think you are all like this but a lot of you are.
Black men wanted to be treated equally. Fine, they're equal, they're not slaves.
Indians wanted us to stop taking there land. We did. They're happy.
But women wanted to be treated equally. Okay, fine, you're equal. Oh, but that's not all. You can't hit women and you can't disrespect them. Well, I don't know about you, but beggars can't be choosers. Do you want to vote or not be beat up. Pick one, you can't have both because then we're not equal and we know what happens then.
My point is womens' want for there well being is what is holding us back as a society. Treated equally, I should be able to do all the things I do with the man next to me to a woman. Then we are equal and we can move on.
Once again, I'm not speaking for all women, but majority rules. I don't condone violence in any way, but I got into a fight with a girl the other day. I punched her and now I'm shunned and called the woman beater, which got me thinking, why are we still here? We should say fighting is wrong and move on. But were still stuck in this rut which says women are to never be touched.
Whew... that was a rant. This is all my logic and my thought. Take it as you will. And try to keep your response civilized.
Jesus Christ that was painful. Let's try this again now.
Well by this statement I'm assuming you want to be treated like the rich white man.
Your assumption is incorrect. That's not what people who have suffered inequality want.
Well if you look through the blindfold that society has placed making it look like white men have it great. We're treated like assholes.
Yeah, rich white guys are treated like assholes too, but it's not because they're white.
Just the average man will treat you like an asshole and you treat us like assholes. So by the logic that you want to be treated like the white man then I should be able to fight, laugh, and overall disrespect you. Because humans as a whole are not nice to each other. We fight for what we want.
I already discredited your point. Everyone will be treated by an asshole eventually, but nobody wants to insulted on account of something they have no control over: Their race.
Now even though that first pargraph is harsh this one is more direct.
Oh boy.
For the most part, everyone is treated equally.
No, they're not. Go outside.
But then there are women.
But then there are women? Females make up half of the fucking population dude.
Black men wanted to be treated equally. Fine, they're equal, they're not slaves.
You think not being enslaved is what makes them equal? You honestly think that slavery was the only way that black people were disrespected and that as soon as we put an end to slavery, everything was totally swell? Do you honestly want to argue that?
Indians wanted us to stop taking there land. We did. They're happy.
Again, if you think that's the only thing that makes them equal, you have your head in the sand. Go learn about the struggles of all these minorities. It goes far deeper than slavery and colonization.
But women wanted to be treated equally. Okay, fine, you're equal.
It doesn't just work that way. You can't just say they're equal overnight and be done with it.
Oh, but that's not all. You can't hit women and you can't disrespect them.
Culturally speaking, most women are raised to be passive and not aggressive. It's less likely that a girl will actively want to physically fight you over something, and most women do not want to fight, so it's poor on your part to engage in a fight with someone who does not want to.
Well, I don't know about you, but beggars can't be choosers. Do you want to vote or not be beat up. Pick one, you can't have both because then we're not equal and we know what happens then.
Pick one? Pick one?
PICK ONE?!?!!
Oh, what, is it so goddamned unreasonable that someone wants to be able to vote AND not be assaulted because of their skin color?
Treated equally, I should be able to do all the things I do with the man next to me to a woman.
I would suggest getting behind the gay rights movement.
Once again, I'm not speaking for all women, but majority rules. I don't condone violence in any way, but I got into a fight with a girl the other day. I punched her and now I'm shunned and called the woman beater, which got me thinking, why are we still here? We should say fighting is wrong and move on.
Yes, we should say that, and you should lead by example by not hitting people.

Right first off your first post was ludicrous but sage dealt with that. this post is worse i mean come on. you can't expect people to agree with this. the suffering that many races went through has been thoroughly misinterpreted by your post. you swept the discrimination under the carpet and then you make a huge point out of your dilema, some name calling over hitting a girl. whether or not it was in self defense hitting any person regardless of gender is wrong. as for your last point try arguing with a point based on the real world. what ifs at the end of the day serves no purpose because that is not how the world works

No, because nobody deserves to be touched if they don't want to be touched. It's the right to privacy and personal space.

You are so wrong in many levels. Sage already did most of the cleanup work, and I thank him for that. I still can accept your views though, but to a limited degree.
we live in a perfect world where everyone has the same rights.
You live inside a box, don't you? Look at the world outside your tiny cage please, look at all the horrors of humanity as a whole. We can't have a perfect society, and we cannot have a perfect world, because we humans are already imperfect. We are already plagued by the inner cravings of man himself, greed, pride, lust for power, and many more. You live in a very strange and disagreeable world, so get the fuck over it.
And please, improve your grammar. It was painful for everyone's eyes. That is already a form of discretion for me, so it's hard for me to even take you seriously.

That being said, I don't think that it's right to pick apart someone with poor spelling. You may disagree with what has been said, but don't make fun of him or her and be humiliating. That is the sort of dehumanizing behavior that gives rise to hate.

Spelling a word incorrectly once or twice in a post is fine but I had to re-read your post just to figure out what it was you were trying to spell. I think though I managed to decipher it.
so the fammous line"I wan't to be treated eaqualy" witch has been uttered by every activist group known. gays whomen blacks handicaps you name it.
well by this statement im assuming you want to be treated like the rich wight man.
There are two problems with this. First, the average person isn't "rich" (i.e. making 6-figure salaries) so to be treated like a rich person would not be equal, it would be unequal. Second, when people want to be treated equally, this isn't in reference simply to financial status, it's in reference to having access to the same opportunities, such as education, health care, protection as a person, etc... .
well if you look through the blindfold that society has placed making it look like wight men have it great. were treated like assholes. just the averge man will treat you like an assholes and you treat us like assholes. so by the logic that you want to be treated like the wight man then i should be able to fight laugh and overall disrespect you. because hummans as a whole are not nice to each other. we fight for what we want.
There are assholes in every single group you look regardless of wealth, age or any other factor you want to consider. People aren't wanting to be treated like an asshole, they're wanting to be treated like a civil human being, which is something that everyone is capable of doing and that pretty much everyone does do. Taking your example from above, not all rich white men are assholes, only some are and some are assholes only at certain times, not many are assholes to the majority of people.
black men wanted to be treated eaqual. fine there eaqual there not slaves.
Do you understand what it is you're implying? You're saying that black men are only unequal when they are enslaved, so outside of that, they're equal with everyone else. There are many examples I could give showing this is nonsense but I'll stick to a very well-known one. Black men are often in lower socioeconomic status and represent a large amount of the jail and prison populations. In today's society in North America, black men are not enslaved so they should be equal according to you but as I've shown, they're not.
For example, black men account for 0.03% of Ontario's overall population yet make up about 11% of the Ontario prisons. Black men make up about 0.02% of Canada's overall population yet make up about 5% of federal prisons. Rates for Black women follow the same trend.
indians wanted us to stop taking there land. we did. there happy
It's not just about taking land. Aboriginals in Canada are situated primarily in Northern Canada and they have the highest rates of rape, suicide, substance abuse, poverty, mental illness, etc... . When you compare this to the US, for most of the US, this is still true. Despite them not having a large population, they account for an incredibly high amount of inmates in jails and prisons. Their struggle for equality is about getting out of these circumstances, while trying to retain their native culture as best as possible. In Canada, if you look at any province or territory, the overall amount of Aboriginal adults in the overall population is pretty low but they contribute a ridiculously high amount to the inmate population.
For example, in Manitoba, Aboriginal adults make up about 12% of the overall population in Manitoba but they represent almost 60% of the inmate population in Manitoba or people from Manitoba. In Saskatechewan, they make up about 10% of the overall population but represent almost 80% of the inmate population.
Saying they are equal is nonsense. If you consider some of the legal issues surrounding them, such as not having to pay any taxes when on reserves, that makes them unequal also from the rest of the population in Canada.
lets say for a muiniut that everyone is treated eaqual. we live in a perfect world where everyone has the same rights. well if whomen get this one written right that says that they are to not be touched then they would not be eaqual. they would be better then this whole arguments stats over again. do you see where im comming from good sir.
I skipped the part of women in your first post because it made no sense like the rest but this is the part you did expand upon.
I don't see where you're coming from because it makes no sense. If women do not want to be touched, then that's fine, men have that same right, children have that same right. If you touch someone in an unwarranted way, it's called assault. If women don't want to be verbally insulted, that is reasonable, men and children don't want to be verbally insulted also. I'm not following what your argument is. Women aren't protesting they don't ever want to be touched even when they allow it and are willing to exchange touching in return, I've never heard of a single women who protested that.
my point is whomens want for there well being is what is holding us back as a society. treated eaqual i should be able to do all the things i do with the man next to me to a whoman. then we are eaqual and we can move on.
Women wanting to be treated equal is what is holding society back? So roughly 50% of the population, according to you, is just a nuisance because they're causing uproars about their well-being. Equality does not mean you can punch a woman in the arm if that's what you do with your male friends.
Suppose I greet my friends with an insult, such as "what's up shitmeister?". If a woman doesn't want to be greeted in such a way, then that's perfectly reasonable. It's not giving them extra rights that nobody else has.

Jesus Christ that was painful. Let's try this again now.
Thank you. I seriously could not read his post. +rep coming when I can again.
As to the topic, I'm hoping the OP has just done a horrible job of expressing himself. There is one reasonable theory that would explain what he said. If this is not what he meant, then I have no clue, and no argument on his behalf. My hope is what he's been trying to say that the price of equality is EQUALITY. I'm all for women being equal, but that means they should have to register for the draft, same as I do. It means that if there's gonna be a scholarship that's just for black people, then I should be able to have a scholarship that's just for white people. Etc...
