What make is your laptop? Acer, HP etc. System restore doesn't do much tbh

It's an Acer Aspire and i'm just after doing the system restore and i haven't noticed much change really, i'm looking to just completely wipe the system to when i first got it.

Yep than a factory reset is what you need. Restart your laptop and Tap Alt + F10 simultaneously right away after the acer screen and it'll bring you to a green or blue acer screen, select "Restore system to default" and follow the instructions :)

Just in case you're unaware, this will delete EVERYTHING on your hard drive, other than Windows, and some default stuff.

I had an Aspire Once.
I believe you are to press F10 on the startup. Like where the Acer logo pops up when you turn it on.

Ok, just making sure. And yeah, something about a system restore always makes it feel new :P
