It's pretty uncommon actually to see an erect penis that sticks straight forward, mine isn't curved to the left or right, it just curves upward at the base: other than that it's completely straight... And it has nothing to do with the position of your testicles, whoever told you it did was misinformed.

some guys penis just curves to the right or left - which is normal -
