I find it hard to believe when going to supermarket looking at all the breakfast cereals that they're all healthy even though they claim to be.
How can artificial, sugar packed stuff be healthy?
These day I just make own breakfast using whole wheat and eat it. The way I do it is by getting vacuum flask and put half cup in flask and fill with boiling water and leave over night and then eat it with a little sugar.
Healthy, but my parents and brothers think I am mad.
What do you all eat for breakfast?

I know what you mean, all these chocolate coated cereals and things surely can't be good for you. But breakfast is seen as the most important meal of the day, because you need the energy for the day ahead so the sugar is called for I guess. I'm Diabetic so i only tend to eat cornflakes and wheatabix when I have cereal, some days I'll have some toast and fruit with it, others I won't.

Usually wheat cereals with some cinnamon. Other days it's Whole Wheat/Grain toast with Grape Jam. :)

The only cereal I eat is regular with raisins. Nothing exciting.
Sometimes I'll have something asian like instant noodles, spaghetti and soy sauce (:P) or even dumplings.

Cold pizza will forever be the breakfast of champions. However, we do not always have pizza in my house, but if we did, I would eat it every day, no doubt.
I can't really eat the same thing too many days in a row. Sometimes I have yogurt and granola, or toast, or cereal. (I loooooove Cheerios!) If I'm in a rush I'll eat a granola bar on the way to school, or a piece of fruit.
I can't go without eating. By 9 AM I feel like I'm going to puke if I don't eat something. And sometimes I can't eat anything, because of my classes.

Usually I just have a glass of orange juice, but if I'm really hungry, I'll just eat a piece of bread or a granola bar. I'm not usually hungry in the mornings though, I regret it later on during the day at school, but I can live till 10:30 every day for lunch. :P

I don't even eat cereal for breakfast. It never keeps me full, I always end up feeling hungry an hour after I eat it. I usually eat peanut butter on bread, some bacon and 2 eggs or a bagel with cream cheese. I'm good for at least three hours after I have one of those.

Cereal does not give me energy for the morning's work. These days I like a bit of bread with maybe some cheese of fruit, gives me some strength, and a small cup of some strong tea. I'm a tea person, I don't drink coffee as often. If I do have coffee at any time, I take it black. That's about all the details.

I don't eat breakfast a whole lot, but when I do I usually have those frozen waffles you heat up or cereal.

Hand-pick a couple of wild strawberries, grab a nice big salmon out of a river, and drain it down with a glass of fresh glacier water. That's the only really healthy option you have.

Honestly, they're not bad for you. The only thing (and this is personal, YMMV) is that some people find the proper serving sizes don't fill them up. Honestly, those chocolate cereals are probably better for you than the homemade thing you're whipping up for yourself there, since they tend to be fortified with extra calcium, vitamins, etc.

I am glad to see that at least a few people look askance at the obviously ridiculous claim that such sugary cereals are "healthy" at all. I suppose they could be considered "healthy" in that they do contain vitamins and minerals and having a little bit is better than no breakfast at all, but that's a bit like calling a Big Mac healthy.
The key is to get a good mix of carbs and protein, both of which are necessary for an active day (especially if you're an athlete), and making sure to get good nutrients along with that. For me that normally means a big whack of eggs (or egg whites, ideally) and bacon, a little bit of fruit and maybe a piece of toast.

Breakfast is disgusting.
When I wake up I feel like I'm going to vomit if I put anything in my mouth.
I usually just wait until later for when I'm hungry, then I'll eat something with a load of sugar.
Sorry, I'm not much help.

i have no clue what a healthy breakfast is... i don't really eat breakfast, but if i do it's usually a little pack of dry cereal. that's good enough for me...
if you looking for a simple breakfast that's healthy maybe get like a bunch of fruit that you like to eat and just munch on that in the morning, besides that i have no other way to help you. sorry. :/

Breakfast is considered the most important meal of the day because it gives us the energy after one night. But we often ignore that we are in a hurry. I think it is good to have the healthy breakfast in the morning to be fit whole day.

Have 1 cup of cheerios with half a slice of banana cut into it, skim milk and a small plate of strawberries.
Thats what I have every morning and along with other balancing foods to go with my diet and exercise, I've lost nearly 15 pounds=)

I really like porridge for breakfast with brown sugar, cinnamon and cream... Or, I'll have toast with butter and grape jelly. If I'm feeling like being a fatty, then I'll eat toaster waffles with butter and canned peaches. I don't really like cereal that often, and usually I only eat Life with canned peaches or Rice Krispies with banana. Also, I have mango strawberry banana smoothies as well...

Oh lordy...
The size of my breakfast is basically a function of the amount of physical work I did the day before. XD So it varies quite a bit.
If we have good, homemade bread, I can eat sandwhiches. Storebought crap is terrible unless it's actually made in a bakery. Our bread starter died though and I've been too lazy to make a new one so I haven't eaten bread for a while. =/
Oatmeal is a favorite of mine though. And (protip!) it's actually great for weight loss, in that it really has nothing bad in it but it is one of the most filling substances ever, so you feel full without putting excess into your body. It's a proven fact that not eating breakfast, contrary to what seems blatantly obvious, is more likely to make you gain weight than lose it. Getting some food in your early kickstarts your metabolism for the day and makes your body actually burn through the stuff you feed it, so if you do any exercise you'll feel more energized plus the fat will go away.
But I digress. English muffins, fruit, yogurt, milk. All great stuff I eat on occasion. There are rare occasions when I'll do something interesting like eat leftover stuffing but yeah. I eat pretty normal stuff but can pack a lot of it in for my body mass.

well i don't normally eat breakfast because i will get sick if i eat anything within like 2 hours of waking up, but if i have to, i will eat whole wheat/multigrain toast with peanut butter, or a little blueberry muffin.
However, i will drink apple juice every morning (:
