Hey, just asking for some advice on hiding some recently healed cuts on my arm, the scabs have come off but the marks are pretty dark, probably thanks in part to my extreme pastiness :P
I have work tonight (Maccas) which requires me to wear a short sleeved shirt, i haven't worked in two weeks because i had exams but now i need some advice on hiding them? In the past i would just wear the drive-thru jacket, and the last two weeks that i had worked i wore a wound plaster because the jacket is missing, and claimed it was a burn. However, i think that if i do that again it will suspicious...
Have tried foundation also, the marks are too dark.
Pretty desperate, any advice?
Thanks

If you've tried using make up to cover it already there isn't much else you can do other than wear a long sleeved shirt under your work top, but that may not be allowed. The best thing to do is just try not to draw attention to them, if you don't people are less likely to notice them.

There are special make up products you can buy to cover scars. but i think you should look long term with bio oil and aloe vera the scars will heal a lot faster. good luck

Braclets, things like that to cover up your arms, like accessories. Like Kaius said, if you don't draw attention to them, and you don't act bothered by them, no one else will. Hoodies would work too, but I'm not sure if your work place would allow that

Thanks for the advice, i ended up packing foundation on anyway to try and fade them a bit, and i didn't draw attention to them so no one ended up noticing :) phew! thanks

yeah, the more you look at them, fidgit to cover them, generally draw attention to them, the more people will look, if you look like you have something to hide, people will start staring.
surprisingly people are a lot blinder than you think, things aren't always as noticable as they seem at first glance.
oh, and watch it putting random make-up over them, it can make scars worse, and draw even more attention if you're not careful.

Not sure if this has been said- but incorperate something. A hobb maybe into you like for me art is my love and I make homade bracelets and claim to just be "showing my art" eventhogh that's a load of bullshit and it kills me everytime to say it. I have woven thread, hemp, pop tab bracelets shoelaces phone cord braided hehe uhmm shells beads scrunchies- just add a few every other day or something to not make t seem obvious- or maybe just a bunch of scrunhies? We've all been there hon- stay strog- I love you
