So I have this confusing...emotional...attraction to my best friend who is a guy.(I'm straight and curious btw)



Well these are some signs, that he might be too.

Best friend hugs me often, best friend puts his arm around me, best friend puts his head on my shoulder, best friend shoulder massages me often, best friend touches my hair often, best friend stays still when I hug him or mess around with him physically, best friend is very nice to me, best friend does a lot of help for me, best friends stays for me when I don't want him to go away, best friend lets me have money when I'm broke.

You think he does? or maybe he could be curious too?

I've known for a little over half a year now.(not long, but we've got suddenly closer)
We're still kinda little bit awkward when we're just together by ourselves in talking sometimes.

I'm not gonna lie dude, I do the same thing with my friends all the time, an I'm not emotionally attracted to them, were just really close

It depends. It could be that he does like you. Or else he's just really close to you as a friend.

I can relate to your situation except I'm the guy. I did all these things before and now my bestfriend and I are together. I'd say he likes you since that's what I did back then. :)

It's possible that he likes you, but he could just really be acting like a best friend should. For example hes doing his personal best to be a good friend to you, he may not realise he's sending those sort of signals.

You seem to be following along the lines of "everything means something." I do all those things to my best friend and he's super straight, and we think nothing of it. I think you're just seeing things that aren't there. I'd say he's just being a good friend who's just fine with being physically affectionate.
