When i was a baby i had a undescended testicle (the left one) and didnt have surgery until i was 5 y/o. the doctors said to my parents that there could be a chance of infertility or low sperm count. But since i was 12 ive seen nothing but a little under an ok amount of sperm when i ejaculate. so the doctors where wrong about the infertility part but could this whole undescended thing be the reason that ive only had 1 wet dream in my life!?

If you are wanking to ejaculation at least twice a day then its not surprising that you dont get wet dreams. That's perfectly normal under those circumstances and wont be related to your earlier problem.

I think that cum contains a bunch of stuff including sperm. Just because you ejaculate just fine may not mean that your sperm count is normal. You should get it checked by a doctor.

According to your frequency of masturbation, it is not abnormal for you to have less wet dreams. Also, every guy is different. Some get them often, some never do.
