Unconquerable

[Kahn]

This is my first time ever posting in the Open Book, and it's poetry. It's short but to the point. Someone else's poem influenced me. (Not on here)

I thank you for my unchangeable life,
And realize every decision is mine,
For I am the leader of my fate;
And the commander of my soul.

[Brighter.Tomorrow]

Overall I'd give this poem a 7/10.
It's far to short, thought it does hold a good meaning, it's not fully aware of what's being talked about other then a Influential person. Also the poem isn't a rhyming poem really, but it does have a rhythm, and the last verse breaks it.
But besides that, it's a nice read, deep and makes you think.
