Leather Jackets?

Hey, anyone own one I was considering getting one, but I don't really know how warm they are. It gets below 20 here sometimes with wind so I'd like it to keep me warm.

If you want one, get one. (: My boyfriend has one and loves it. He always says how warm it keeps him, and while it doesn't get that cold where we live, I've heard that leather in general is pretty good at holding in heat.

Yeah just don't go all matrix like some tw*t did near me, he just looks sad and it probably cost him several hundred quid. The right style can look good but i'd be afraid of it getting damaged or nicked.

I think most are lined.

With heavy leather blocking wind and wet, and a liner, I'd think it'd be very warm.

I have one, but have yet to wear it out in the winter mainly because it won't fit in my school locker

Leather jackets are real warm. Wear them on a real cold day or you might roast, they get real warm. I would get one ^.^ I won one, but I don't get to wear it very often because I live in Florida, but they come in great handy in colder climates. I recommend getting one :)

My dad has phases in his life where he becomes addicted to different things (LOL NO NOT DRUGS... PSH CHILDREN) so right now its his leather jacket phase I'm pretty sure he sings those jackets lulabys before he goes to sleep

I myself own a long leather coat(not some Matrix crap, it's knee-length and it has a belt). It is pretty warm, but at the winter I use a wool coat.

If you want a leather coat for winter, you should go with a fur-lined one or something.
