If you are uncut when your dick is flaccid does the forskin cover the glans? And when it is erect does the forskin automaticly not cover the glans??? Or When erect does the forskin still stay in the same place?

I am uncut, when Im flacid the foreskin covers the head, when I get hard it goes further down, but not all the way of the head.
