I swear I've posted about this before, several times. It's been affecting me for quite a while now, but it's only now that I'm starting to really be concerned.

I'm always so tired. I have no energy to do anything; when I get home all I want to do is lie in bed. I have such a busy schedule during the day, and it takes so much effort just to find enough energy to get through it, which probably contributes to feeling so drained afterwards. But I have so much to do. I can't afford to waste that time sulking and lying there wishing I was dead instead. I need to do something about this, right? But what?

It sounds to me like depression, tbh. It takes so much energy (That you feel you don't even have) to get up in the mornings and do things. It might be a good idea to see your doctor, they'll be able to give you some idea of what you can do. If you need to talk at all Maya you know where to find me :)

I don't get depressed anymore. Sometimes I wish I did, just so I could feel something, but either I've lost the ability to properly feel, or it's that I'm beyond it. There's nothing to be depressed about. Nothing that really warrants any emotional experience. Living is pointless and it's a chore, that's all.

What you described is basically how I feel at the moment, and how I have felt for a long time. Even if I have a nice long sleep, I feel just as tired as when I have only 4-5 hours sleep. I feel like I have been constantly tired for years.

I don't have much motivation to do anything, even the things I enjoy. But, unlike you, I don't really have a busy schedule.

I spend most of my time sat in front of my computer, as I can't be bothered to do anything else.

I think it might be related to depression, but can't be sure.

Sorry I don't really have any advice, but you're not alone in feeling like that.

My Mom is like this. Always tired. Although hers is caused by depression....

You say you dotn get depressed anymore, but maybe you do.

My suggestion: go to the doctor's and let them give you a full work up. The way I found out I was having liver issues was the fact that I was coming home from school at 3PM, going to bed, and waking up 6AM then next morning for class. It could just be depression, but it could be more serious. Get it checked out.

You say you work a lot, so that's the problem :)
Well of course, IMO, depression is the real thing and you should, you must get away from work a while. You can lie all day until you feel you are bored of lying down, go buy yourself an ice-cream and take a walk at the park, feed the birds...
At least it will keep you getting depressed
