What are your initial thoughts on Reach?
I'm guessing some of you already have your hands on it?

I bought it (did you know the cost of one game can buy me food for like a week if not longer, fuuck) and so far i'm diggin the graphics, the new guns are kinda cool, i like that the campaign is team based. On the flip side some of the controls are pissin me off (has the right bumper always been mele? cause its fuckin me up) but w/e

The controller layout fucked me up at first as well.
If you want the 'Halo 3' button layout, hit start, go to the controller options, and change the button layout to Recon. (At least I think its called that.... meh, if not, just look at the pictures 'till it looks right :p )

change it to recon button layout
its the one the most like the old halo

Everyone, learn how to use Bumper Jumper. I won't be able to get it for a good while now :( Halo 3 and CoD4 (I don't have MW2 yet either XD) will have to work for me.

Other than the controls which have fucked me up as usual with any new game. Everything is great. Playing it now :)

Idk.. I kinda stopped with halo after halo 3.

To be honest, I think all the prequels and stuff like that isn't a very good idea, I think they should just continue on with the campaign from halo 3.

I'm not saying it's bad, I'm just saying the change in the games storyline bored me, it's just not of interest anymore.

I prefer Left 4 Dead 2, soon to be 3. (It has been announced to be released very soon.)

Its supposed to be fantastic. Am I gonna buy an Xbox for it? Not unless $360 falls out of the sky. I can't wait to play it at my friend's house though.

Think they are assholes on Heroic? Oh ho ho, wait for Legendary. Them, Hunters, and Brutes are like, 100x tougher then Halo: CE. (Brutes are just wicked strong)

Oh, and I love it. I did Campaign on Normal to get used to new controls and such, but I just skipped right over Heroic and went to Legendary. The Graphics are awesome, the plot is great (Minus Canon failures) and I like the diversity.

All I can say is wow, got it tuesday, completed last night (Wednesday), won't spoil anything but Bungie can really drag out an ending. Campain is friggin epic, the new forge is awesome, firefight is so much better. And the graphics are stunning.

Plus loving the Credit system.

It's a shame my friends can't keep things to themselves, most of them anyway... I already know exactly what happens at the end and everything interesting throughout and I've only played the first three parts... *sigh*
