I dont think it really matters whether a girl or not does give handjobs, it's something rather personal and private. Though, I go to an all girls school so I'd say a good 30-90 outta the whole year 10 - 11. But you can't know until they tell you that that's what they're doing, and really, they shouldn't be telling everyone about it.
